Delivery

 

During this difficult time we are offering free delivery on every order in the hope that we can all stay safe, happy and healthy.

Our incredible delivery partner, Royal Mail continues to deliver worldwide, although this may be subject to delays.  They assure us they are following the Public Health England advice and monitoring the health of their handlers and drivers closely.

Dispatch will be made to your stated delivery address and a signature will be required upon delivery to ensure safe arrival.

We always aim to dispatch your orders as soon as possible.

To ensure prompt delivery we must have proper and complete addresses and make one delivery charge per delivery address.

A daytime telephone number is required in case we or our delivery agents need to contact you.

Our delivery charges per order are:
UK Standard: Free
UK Express: £7.00
Europe: £10.00
Europe Express: £25.00
Rest of World: £14.00
Rest of World Express: £45.00

For same day delivery to the London area (Monday to Friday) please contact us directly info@julietdunn.com before 1pm and we will confirm availability.

VAT and Duties

Juliet Dunn prices include UK VAT for all EU-based customers.

We do not cover the duties or customs costs for any international orders which are outside of the EU.

Exchanges/ Returns/ Refunds

We hope that you will be delighted with your Juliet Dunn goods. We understand however that on occasion you may want to exchange an item for a different size or colour or that you may wish to return an order.

We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon receipt, before removing and attached tags and before disposing of the original packaging.

You may return your goods to us and we will refund your purchase in full provided that the goods are received by us unused, in a perfect saleable condition, with all tags attached.

We will not accept returns for non-faulty items which have been worn and/or where tags have been removed.

We also require that you return the goods to us within 15 days of the date on which you received your original order. Sale items must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.

All items returned as ‘faulty’ will be inspected by us, and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear, or returned as faulty over 2 months after the date of purchase, will not be accepted as faulty.

Returns Procedures

 

We are extending our returns period to 35 days as we know getting to a post office at the moment can be tough. All we ask is that you drop us an email on info@julietdunn.com so we are aware of your intentions.  Please note our returns address has changed. Please always email before sending.

Goods are returned to Juliet Dunn at your own expense. We recommend you send by recorded post and retain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for items which are lost in transit.

If you are wishing to exchange an item we will pay the shipping on your first exchange. Subsequent exchanges will be charged at standard shipping rates.

Please ensure that you return the goods to us within 15 days of the date of dispatch of our order to you. (Goods to be returned within 7 days if the item has been purchased in a sale).

We will not be able to accept returns made outside this time period.

Please note that any international duties and taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EEC).

If you are outside the EU please present the original tracking number you received from us when you take the return to the post office. If you do not we will be charged duty which will be charged back to you.

When we receive your goods we will check the items and check that the tags are in place.

Provided the goods are returned in the same condition as we shipped them, we will arrange the refund against your credit/debit card. This refund will be done within 10 days of Juliet Dunn having received the returned goods.
