How do I track my order?

You may log into your account to view your recent orders and tracking information, if you checked out as guest then please refer to the email confirmation of your order despatch.

The Juliet Dunn Online Team will send you an email on dispatch of your order with the tracking number, link to the carrier and an estimated delivery date.

Please note orders going to Australia take around 9 days.

My password does not work/ I cannot log into my account, what to do?

Simply click ‘forgotten your password’ and enter your email address. We will send you an email with instructions on how to reset our password.

I want to buy more than one of the same item and cannot find where to do this on the product page, what can I do?

You are able to increase the quantity of a product you are buying but this must be done on the checkout page rather than the product page.

Once you have selected the item and added it to your ‘beach bag’, you go to the checkout to review it and there can increase the quantity subject to availability.
