The blouson dress has been influenced with classic shirt dress features, including a button down centre front, cuff details on the neck and cuffs and pintuck detailing. This poplin version is created from overdyed neon aqua cotton poplin. This fabric has more structure than our usual cotton styles but is still light weight and breathable.
