Our garments are all clearly labelled with care instructions. Please make sure you follow the washing instructions.

Only wash your garments when necessary; sometimes you only need to freshen them up. As washing slowly deteriorates fabrics, washing your garments less will lengthen their life. 

Steaming your dresses is the best way to kill bacteria without compromising the fabric quality.

Cotton Block Print

Hand wash separately in cold water.

These delicate pieces are hand block printed. It must be dip-washed separately in cold water to ensure the printing is not damaged. The pigment may fade over time with excessive sunshine or washing.

The nature of the ric rac finishing means these pieces need to be treated delicately to retain the quality of the garment. The pigment may fade over time with excessive sunshine or washing.

Cotton Screen Print

Dry Clean Only

These hand dyed, hand screened piece needs to be gently dry cleaned to keep the mirror embroidery in tact. Whilst every care has been taken to ensure that it is finished to the highest standard, mirrors can occasionally come off. Avoid catching thread work on items such as jewellery and watches.

Cotton Embroidery

These delicate hand embroidered pieces can take up to four weeks to complete. Some loose threads on the underside are a characteristic of this traditional technique. Every care has been taken to ensure that it is finished to the highest standard, so be aware of catching thread work on items such as jewellery and watches.

Silk Embroidered

Dry Clean Only

Silk is a very delicate fabric which should be treated with care. This is a hand embroidered piece and occasional loose threads on the underside are a characteristic of this traditional technique. Careful with jewellery and watches, they may snag.
