How do I track my order?
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.
The Juliet Dunn Online Team will then send you an email on dispatch of your order with the tracking number and link to courier information.
I placed an order but did not receive an email confirmation.
Please check your junk and spam folders; this is the most common reason for not receiving emails. If you are still having trouble locating your emails then please contact our online team who will be able to assist you on email@example.com
I want to buy more than one of the same item and cannot find where to do this on the product page, what can I do?
You are able to increase the quantity of a product you are buying but this must be done on the checkout page rather than the product page.
Once you have selected the item and added it to your shopping bag go to the checkout to review the order. You can then increase the quantity subject to availability.
I am a resident outside EEC, can I get a VAT refund on my order?
Unfortunately the current UK legislation does not allow VAT free shopping online.
How do I use my discount code?
The coupon box is found at the bottom of your shopping bag. If you have already clicked through to check out there is a pink banner above your billing details which allows you to enter the code. If you have already received your confirmation the order has been placed, and a coupon cannot be retroactively added.
What size should I order?
If in doubt just follow our easy to use size guide which you will find located on every product page. Please bear in mind that this is a guide only. We advise you refer to each product description for more information on the fit of each style.

Why is my Country is not Listed as a Shopping Option?
We ship anywhere in the world. The countries listed at the bottom of ours site allow you to see the pricing in your currency. Please note this is only a guide, payment will always be taken in GBP and therefore there could be slight fluctuation depending on your bank. If you are within the EU please select the option for France or Germany.
