How do I track my order?

When the order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with your tracking link included. You can then follow the package's progress on our delivery partner's website.

I placed an order but did not receive an email confirmation.

Please check your junk and spam folders; this is the most common reason for not receiving emails. If you are still having trouble locating your email please contact us

I want to buy more than one of the same item and cannot find where to do this on the product page, what can I do?

Once you have selected the item and added it to your shopping bag you can then increase the quantity (subject to availability).

How do I use my discount code?

Discounts can be added at checkout only. You are only able to use one discount code per purchase. Please be aware that if a discount code is not applied when the order is placed it cannot be retro-actively added. 

What size should I order?

We have included all key measurements on our product page under the 'Fit Details' tab. Our size guide is also included here. Please be aware this is a guide only and you may find you personally prefer a different fit. 

Can I order over the phone?

It is not possible to order over the phone, all orders will need to be placed on julietdunn.com 

Do you ship to my country?

We ship anywhere in the world. The countries listed at the bottom of our site allow you to see the pricing in your currency. Please note this is only a guide, payment will always be taken in GBP and therefore there could be slight fluctuation in price depending on your bank.

I am a resident outside EEC, can I get a VAT refund on my order?

Unfortunately the current UK legislation does not allow VAT free shopping online.
