Ownership of all rights, including copyright, relating to this website is vested with Juliet Dunn. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them wholly or in part, lifting of images and/or text, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission and specific agreement of Juliet Dunn Design Ltd.

You may not modify, distribute or re-post something on this website for any purpose.

Acceptance of your order

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Orders placed by you are an offer to purchase and will be accepted by us subject to stock availability at the stated prices, and subject to your payment having been received by us in full. We require full payment for the goods before your order can be accepted.

Once your payment has been received by us, we will send an e-mail to your stated e-mail address to confirm our acceptance of your order. Upon acceptance of your order, dispatch will be arranged to your address.

Completion of the contract between you and Juliet Dunn will be perfected when we dispatch the goods to you. The sale contract is concluded in London, England, and the contract language is English.

We will be pleased to accept orders provided that they are for the personal, non-commercial use by our customers. We will not accept orders which are intended for resale or distribution for commercial purposes.

The resale of any products purchased on the Juliet Dunn website without the express written agreement of Juliet Dunn Design Ltd. is not permitted.

Acknowledgement of your order

Provided that you have supplied us with your correct e-mail address, we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order.


All items are subject to availability. In the event that the item you wish to purchase is not available, we will email you straightaway to inform you. If your order is delayed awaiting supply of stock or for any other reason, we will make every effort to keep you informed and discuss revised delivery timing.


Prices and offers are valid as advertised and may change from time to time. The GBP price of an item is inclusive of UK VAT. If you are buying from outside the UK, in addition to our delivery charge, you may incur duties and taxes levied by the country to which you have specified delivery of your order.


Payment can be made securely online by Visa, Master Card, Diners or Maestro cards. The credit/debit card that is being used must be yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.

If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

In the event that your card authorization and validation is declined, we reserve the right to cancel your order. For first time online customers, we may request that shipping be to the credit card billing address only.

By submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.
