Delivery

Orders placed before 11am with Express delivery selected will leave same day. Anything after 11am will be processed the next working day. This may be longer during busy periods.

To ensure prompt delivery we must have proper and complete addresses. A daytime telephone number is required in case we or our delivery partners need to contact you. We cannot change your address once the order is placed. 

Delivery Charges and Duties

UNITED KINGDOM:
We offer free Royal Mail delivery and £7 DPD express delivery within the UK.

EUROPEAN UNION:
Shipping is calculated at checkout. All duties and taxes are included in the price. There are no further duties on entry.

UNITED STATES:
Delivery is free packages are sent domestically via Fedex. 

AUSTRALIA:
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Taxes and duties (if applicable) are calculated at checkout. There are no further duties on entry.  

REST OF WORLD:
Shipping is calculated at checkout Duties will either be paid at checkout or applicable on delivery, depending on your region. If you are unsure please email info@julietdunn.com and we will be able to let you know the estimated costs and if they are due at checkout or on arrival.
