We ship worldwide. Dispatch will be made to your stated delivery address and a signature will be required upon delivery to ensure safe arrival.
We always aim to dispatch your orders as soon as possible. Orders placed before 11am with Express delivery selected will leave same day. Anything after 11am will be processed the next working day.
To ensure prompt delivery we must have proper and complete addresses. A daytime telephone number is required in case we or our delivery agents need to contact you.
Our delivery charges per order are:
UK Standard: Free
UK Express: £7.00
Europe Express: £25.00
USA Express: £35.00
Rest of World: Free
Rest of World Express: £45.00
VAT & Duties
We cover the basic duties for all international orders. Please note that further customs fees may still occur depending on your location.
For deliveries within the EU all VAT and Duties charges are included in the price of the item.
For deliveries within the USA Duties and taxes are covered up to the value of $800. After this added fees may incur.
The countries listed at the bottom of ours site allow you to see the pricing in your currency. Please note this is only a guide, payment will always be taken in GBP.
Our cardboard boxes are made up of over 70% recycled materials and fully recyclable, as is our tissue paper. All our garments arrive to us in biodegradable bags and information is printed on biodegradable stickers. We re-use all these delivery boxes for wholesale orders.

Exchanges and Refunds
We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon receipt. Do not remove any attached tags or throw anyway any paperwork included in your order.
We will refund you providing the goods are received unused with all tags attached. We will not accept returns for non-faulty items which have been worn and/or where tags have been removed.
We require that you return the goods to us within 28 days of the date on which you received your original order. Sale items must be returned within 7 days from the date received.
All items returned as faulty will be inspected by us, and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear, or returned as faulty over 2 months after the date of purchase, will not be accepted as faulty.
Goods are returned to Juliet Dunn at your own expense. We recommend you send by recorded post and retain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for items which are lost in transit.
If you are exchanging an item we will pay the shipping on your first exchange only.

Please note that any international duties and taxes are not refunded. If you are outside the UK please ensure to clearly state RETURNS as the reason for sending, and across all customs and duties paperwork. If you do not we may be charged duty which will be charged forwards to you.
Provided the goods are returned in the same condition as we shipped them, we will arrange the refund against your credit/debit card. This refund will be done within 10 days of Juliet Dunn having received the returned goods. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
