Delivery
We always aim to dispatch your orders as soon as possible. Orders placed before 11am with Express delivery selected will leave same day. Anything after 11am will be processed the next working day.
To ensure prompt delivery we must have proper and complete addresses. A daytime telephone number is required in case we or our delivery agents need to contact you.
Delivery Charges
We offer free Royal Mail delivery and £7 UPS express delivery within the UK.
We offer free worldwide delivery, sent via Fedex. All timings are calculated at checkout based on your location.
VAT & Duties
All duties and taxes for your order are calculated and paid for at checkout. There are no further charges on arrival into the country and you will not be asked to pay any other fees.

Brexit
Unfortunately we now have to charge all our EU customers duties and taxes. These are calculated and paid for at checkout. There are no further charges on arrival into the country and you will not be asked to pay any other fees.
We subsidise these orders by paying all EU shipping and duties fees, so you are only paying the cost of the taxes necessary to for goods to enter your country.

Packaging
Our cardboard boxes are made up of over 70% recycled materials and fully recyclable, as is our tissue paper. All our garments arrive to us in biodegradable bags and information is printed on biodegradable stickers.

Exchanges and Refunds
We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon receipt. Do not remove any attached tags or throw anyway any paperwork included in your order.
Please use the returns portal to arrange an Exchange. All exchanges are subject to stock levels and cannot be guaranteed until an email confirmation is received.
We will refund you providing the goods are received unused with all tags attached. We will not accept returns for non-faulty items which have been worn and/or where tags have been removed.
Any delivery fees and/or duties and taxes will not be refunded.
We require that you return the goods to us within 28 days of the date on which you received your original order. Sale items must be returned within 14 days from the date received.
All items returned as faulty will be inspected by us, and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear, or returned as faulty over 2 months after the date of purchase, will not be accepted as faulty.v
Returns Procedure
Please use this link to start your return process. Return shipping costs are calculated on the portal and deducted from your refund.
Ensure that your order number and your email address is exactly as it was entered at checkout.
Provided the goods are returned in the same condition as shipped we will arrange the refund back to your method of payment. This refund will be done within 10 days of Juliet Dunn having received the returned goods. The original shipping charges and duties fees will not be refunded.
