Delivery
Orders placed before 11am with Express delivery selected will leave same day. Anything after 11am will be processed the next working day. This may be longer during busy periods.
To ensure prompt delivery we must have proper and complete addresses. A daytime telephone number is required in case we or our delivery partners need to contact you. We cannot change your address once the order is placed.
Delivery Charges
UNITED KINGDOM:
We offer free Royal Mail delivery and £7 DPD express delivery within the UK.
EUROPEAN UNION:
We offer free delivery, sent via Fedex. All timings are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note there are taxes to be paid at checkout, which are out of our control. There are no further charges on delivery.
UNITED STATES:
Delivery is free packages are sent domestically via Fedex.
VAT & Duties
Within the EU all duties and taxes for your order are calculated and paid for at checkout. There are no further charges on arrival into the country and you will not be asked to pay any other fees.

We ship worldwide however we cannot offer Duty Paid Delivery to every country. If your country is not listed please email info@julietdunn.com to arrange an alternative courier method, and note that duties will be applicable on delivery.
Packaging
Our cardboard boxes are made up of over 70% recycled materials and fully recyclable, as is our tissue paper. All our garments arrive to us in biodegradable bags and information is printed on biodegradable stickers.
Returns Procedure - UK & EU
Please use this link to start your return process if you are not based in the USA. Return shipping costs are calculated on the portal and deducted from your refund. We require that you return the goods to us within 28 days of the date on which you received your original order. Sale items must be returned within 14 days from the date received.
Provided the goods are returned in the same condition as shipped, including all tags, we will arrange the refund back to your method of payment. This refund will be within 10 days of Juliet Dunn having received the returned goods. The original shipping charges and duties fees will not be refunded.
All items returned as faulty will be inspected by us, and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear, or returned as faulty over 2 months after the date of purchase, will not be accepted as faulty.

Exchanges
Please use the returns portal to arrange an Exchange. All exchanges are subject to stock levels and cannot be guaranteed until an email confirmation is received. No further duties or taxes will be added to your exchange order.
